Shipping & Refunds
All work is supplied unframed. We aim to ship within 3 days of placing an order, usually quicker. Please let us know if you require your order sooner and we will do our best to help.
We are a group of printmakers and each printmaker ships their own prints. Therefore, some prints may take longer to arrive as they may need to be printed to fulfil the order. We will contact you first if this is the case.
We aim that orders will be shipped the morning after they are placed and posted to arrive the next working day.
UK print purchases will be sent by Royal Mail special next day delivery, tracked and insured in either a flat padded envelope with backing card or strong cardboard postal tube - depending on size.
We are currently unable to accept orders from Europe.
International orders will be sent rolled in a tube by courier, tracked and insured.
UK: £10 - Free for Print orders of £50 and over.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees taxes, VAT or handling fees that may be incurred.
First, please contact me via email at email@example.com to let me know that you wish to return an item and I will let you know of the next steps.
Damaged items must be notified within 72 hours of receiving the artwork. After this point we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, under the Distance Selling Regulations, I will issue a full refund once the goods have been returned to me in a saleable condition within 14 working days from the day following delivery of your goods. I will then be able to organise for the item(s) to be refunded in full.
If you return a print you will be refunded the value of your order, minus the original £10 shipping charge (£30 for overseas orders). This includes orders which received free shipping.
Please return the print in the original packaging using a tracked and insured service at your own cost.
