Steve Duwensee a.k.a One of Something, a London based visual artist/graphic designer. My time is split between still working on major packaging accounts & print making.
On the professional side I'm a brand designer, specialising in packaging design working on UK and Global FMCG brands with over 43 years experience, being the lead designer & successfully delivering designs for Lucky Strike, Persil, Comfort and Tymbark a Polish soft drinks brand.
As a graphic visual artist I work under the pseudonym One of Something while printmaking. My prints reflect a different slant for my observations of music, film and type.
Born in Enfield, North London, I studied at Ware College 1971-1973 in Hertfordshire studying basic aspects of design on a 2-year foundation course, where began my interest in typography. I then continued studying at the London College of Printing 1973-1976 (now known as The London College of Communication) finishing with a 1st and awarded a Diploma in Typographic Design (BA equivalent). Following this I studied Graphic Design at the Royal College of Art 1978-1981 achieving a Masters in Art.
